    We work directly with farmers, millwrights, feed mills, and industrial operations throughout the United States.

    QUOTES AND PRICING

    Getting a Quote

    • All quotes are free
    • We base them on the information you provide
    • Final pricing may change if measurements or specifications change
    • Quotes are good for 30 days unless we specify otherwise
    • Material cost changes may require quote adjustments

    Custom Fabrication
    For custom work:

    • We need detailed specifications in writing
    • You’ll approve the design before we start production
    • Changes after we start may cost extra
    • Custom orders can’t be refunded once we begin fabrication

    As a fabrication shop, we enjoy creating solutions for your unique needs. We’ll work with you to get it right.

    ORDERS AND PAYMENT

    Placing Orders

    • All orders are subject to our acceptance
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
    • We’ll confirm your order by email or phone

    Payment

    • Payment terms will be in your quote or invoice
    • We typically require a deposit with balance due on delivery or completion
    • We accept checks, wire transfers, and other agreed-upon payment methods
    • Late payments may incur finance charges

    Pricing

    • All prices are in U.S. dollars
    • Prices don’t include shipping, installation, or taxes unless specified
    • You’re responsible for all applicable sales taxes

    PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

    Measurements Matter
    For hoppers fitted to existing bins:

    • Accurate measurements are critical – and they’re your responsibility
    • We provide instructions and support to help you measure correctly
    • Incorrect measurements may result in fit issues and additional costs
    • We’re not responsible for fit problems from inaccurate measurements you provide

    We’re happy to walk you through the measuring process. Just give us a call.

    DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

    Delivery

    • We deliver throughout the United States
    • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
    • Shipping costs will be in your quote
    • You need to provide adequate access for delivery trucks
    • Someone must be available to receive the delivery

    When we deliver:

    • Inspect your product immediately
    • Report any shipping damage within 48 hours
    • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
    • You’re responsible for unloading unless we’ve arranged otherwise

    Delays
    We’re not liable for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions
    • Transportation issues beyond our control
    • Material shortages
    • Acts of God, strikes, or similar events

    We’ll keep you informed if delays occur.

    INSTALLATION

    Installation Services

    • Installation typically isn’t included unless we specifically agree to it
    • We can provide guidance and recommendations
    • We may recommend qualified installers in your area
    • If we provide installation, we’ll give you separate terms and pricing

    Self-Installation
    If you install it yourself:

    • Follow all instructions and safety guidelines
    • Get necessary permits and inspections
    • Improper installation voids warranties and we’re not liable for it

    We’re here to answer questions during your installation.

    WARRANTY

    What We Warrant
    We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. This covers manufacturing defects only.

    What’s Not Covered

    • Normal wear and tear, corrosion, weathering
    • Damage from improper installation, use, or maintenance
    • Modifications made by others
    • Accidents or misuse

    How the Warranty Works
    If there’s a defect, we’ll repair or replace the product at our discretion. We’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If we make a mistake, we do what it takes to fix it.

    However, we’re not responsible for:

    • Labor costs to remove or reinstall products
    • Shipping costs for warranty work
    • Consequential damages like lost crops or business interruption

    Important Legal Requirement
    EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    We stand behind our products, but there are some legal limits:

    • Our total liability can’t exceed what you paid for the specific product
    • We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
    • We’re not liable for damage to grain, crops, or stored materials
    • We’re not liable for injury or property damage from improper use or installation

    Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

    SAFETY IS CRITICAL

    Our products are industrial equipment. Please:

    • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
    • Use appropriate safety equipment
    • Ensure proper training for operators
    • Comply with OSHA regulations and local codes
    • Never enter grain bins without proper safety equipment and procedures

    Intended Use

    • Our products are designed for agricultural and industrial grain storage
    • Use for other purposes is at your own risk
    • Follow local building codes and get necessary permits
    • Make sure structures are properly engineered for your loads

    RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

    Custom Products

    • Can’t be returned once we start production
    • Deposits are non-refundable

    Stock Items

    • May be returned within 30 days of delivery
    • Must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition
    • You pay return shipping
    • 20% restocking fee may apply
    • Contact us before returning anything

    Defective Products

    • We’ll replace or repair under warranty terms
    • Report shipping damage within 48 hours
    • Report manufacturing defects during the warranty period
